Test water for Chlorine, PH, Alkalinity, Stabilizer and Salt content and add chemicals to balance water chemistry (extra charge for chemicals)

Skim all debris from top of water
·
Remove large debris from bottom of pool
·
Brush steps, bench seats and corners where robots can not clean
·
Empty skimmer baskets
·
Empty pump basket
·
Empty and wash robot filter
·
Check robot for worn or broken parts
·
Insert robot into water and start it up
·
Backwash Sand and Diatomaceous Earth filter systems as needed
·
Chlorinated systems-reload chlorine tablets and adjust for different weather conditions.
·
Salt systems-adjust chlorine output for different weather conditions
·
Monitor water quality for hardness and algae growth and adjust, (extra charge for chemicals)
·
Inspect all equipment for minor problems before they become major repairs
·
Vacuuming of pools is an extra charge (with advanced notice) that depends on size of pool and time involved
·
Special events (with advanced notice) extra care will be taken to ensure pool, spa and deck is as clean as possible for the event (may involve extra charges)
·
Once per month we add extra chemicals to prevent the formation of Algae and staining of pools (extra charge for chemicals)
·
In short we save the homeowner the time and worry of cleaning the pool, testing the water chemistry, purchasing the correct chemicals and adding the correct amount of those chemicals
The price of service depends on your location, size of pool, landscaping around the pool and other factors, Most service is priced the same with a few exceptions.
